Cindy has built her expertise across multiple industries, including Media, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Automotive, Beverage and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods. She is currently the Group Executive Manager – HR at CDP Limited, where she drives strategic human resource initiatives to enhance company performance, employee engagement, and overall employee experience. Prior to this role, she was the Executive Manager – HR at Angostura Limited, where she led the development and execution of HR strategies aimed at improving business outcomes and strengthening talent management. She also spent ten successful years at ANSA McAl Limited as Sector Human Resources Manager, demonstrating expertise in strategic human resource management, talent optimization, performance management, succession planning, training and development, and competency-based progression planning.
Throughout her career, Cindy has championed corporate values and built high-trust, high-performance cultures through data-driven analysis and targeted action planning. She is a steady leadership influence and a strong advocate for the HR profession and organizational change. She currently serves as the Director of Advocacy at the Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago (HRMATT), where she leads initiatives that promote progressive HR policies and practices.
Cindy holds an MSc in Global Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool and a BSc in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies. She is a certified facilitator with the Leadership Management Institute, a Prosci-certified Change Management practitioner, a Balanced Scorecard Associate, and a KPI Associate. She takes a data-driven approach to making people-centered decisions that align with business objectives.
