We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in St. Lucia. The successful candidate will be responsible for displaying products in a manner that captures the interest of customers and maximizes shelf space. Key responsibilities include:
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Displaying products to attract customer interest and maximize shelf space.
- Optimizing in-store displays where applicable.
- Communicating trade information in a timely manner.
- Carrying out promotions and participating in sales functions.
- Assisting with stock taking.
- Ensuring the work environment is kept tidy and aesthetically appealing.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE JOB:
- Five (5) CXC passes including Mathematics and English Language.
- One (1) year experience in Merchandising.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Computer literacy and basic computation skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the health care industry.
- Ability to work as a team and independently
