We are seeking to recruit a highly proficient, self-motivated, commercially focused individual to join our team as a Key Account Executive.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivers on Companies sales and profit targets by detailing, upselling, and cross selling the range of our products to the assigned accounts.
- Drives the business relationship with key accounts, understands the customers’ business and ensures customer intimacy.
- Maintains close and frequent contact with all necessary personnel between the customer and the company to resolve challenges, issues, and queries as they arise.
- Conducts sales needs analysis with the customer, including the development of customer-centric product solutions.
- Seeks out new customers and grows and maintains existing customer and partner relationships through assessment of new customer needs to develop relevant solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supplies customers with the Company’s product and pricing information together with other suitable Marketing material.
- Services customers by checking stock, generating orders, and timely collection payments.
- Ensures that products are properly displayed and priced to guarantee the success of the Company’s brand in the Market.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE JOB:
- An Associate Degree or Diploma in Business Management or any related field.
- A working knowledge of the Retail Trade and strong Sales and Negotiation skills.
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a Sales capacity or any related field.
- Experience within the distribution industry.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Must own a vehicle in good working condition.
